  • Hybrid working available (2-3 days in the office)

The opportunity:
Due to recent internal business change a fantastic opportunity has presented for an experienced Service Delivery Team Leader to join a growing service delivery team who are supporting a broad range of education sector customers.

You will be providing day-to-day staff management, escalation management, planning, strategy, operational management, reporting for and on behalf of the Service Delivery Team.

This person will lead and mentor a team of approximately 7+ Service Delivery Specialists with a focus on improving Customer Journey excellence for a broad range of education services.

Experience required

  • Strong team leadership experience, including managing hybrid multicultural work environments.
  • Proven ability in Customer Journey Design, mapping, and improvement.
  • Solid experience in service management, including project resourcing and process enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven Practice Leadership experience.
  • Education industry experience is desirable for this position.

Technical Requirements:

  • Extensive Service Delivery Leadership experience with the ability to lead from the front as required.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies with ease.
  • Strong reporting capabilities including the ability to create, present and share information to a broad range of stakeholders effectively.
  • 5 years experience in team leadership, including day-to-day staff management, strategy and performance review and planning.
  • 5 Years experience in Customer Journey Design and Improvement

The preferred candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a flexible approach to business change.
