Are you customer-focused a strong understanding of helpdesk support? Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide desktop support exclusively to internal staff, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with technical issues. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of IT requests and resolutions
- Provide clear and professional communication to users
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or service desk role
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with common IT systems and troubleshooting methods (will be a bonus)
