Te Haeata/The Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Manager to lead a team of awesome staff based at the Palmerston North High/District Court.
This is an exciting role in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The role's primary focus is to coach and support employees to increase capability and build a culture of high performance. The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Court services to improve operational quality and consistency across the team and wider Regional Service Delivery group.
This is a fixed term role for 18 months to cover parental leave.

Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Operational management experience, ideally in the District Court and Tribunals environment.
- Previous experience in managing and developing the capability of staff.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and lead staff to achieve targets and understand their contribution to the bigger picture.
- Good track record in supporting and implementing changes to business and work processes.
- Be adaptable in a changing operations and customer centric environment.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 and $135,539 based on skills and experience.
