Service Support Administrator - Mental Health

About the Role
This exciting new administrative role is ideal for a passionate individual with customer centric skills, excellent technical skills and a desire to improve quality and data integrity at Te Whatu Ora Lakes, Mental Health & Addictions Service (MHAS).
- Coordinate data & quality improvement projects across all Mental Health & Addiction Services
- Service Improvement support to the Clinical (Nurse) Manager group
- Maintaining data integrity Staff training and develop and maintain systems and processes
- Administration duties / provide administration & reception cover as directed
- Follows the principles of the Te Ara Tauwhirotanga – Pathways that lead us to act with kindness Model of Care
The successful candidate will support the Service Manager, Decision Support Analyst, Quality, Risk & Clinical Governance Coordinator and MHAS Management Team by coordination of data requirements as set by the Ministry of Health or Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand. Secondly the role provides administration support to the Clinical Managers of the various Mental Health & Addiction Services teams, as it relates to Data Quality Assurance and Service Improvement projects.

- Excellent written/documentation skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Computer literate and proficient to expert in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to quickly learn to navigate new electronic applications
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes in a demanding work environment.
- Proven experience in providing training
- An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural awareness
- Enjoys a varied workload
Salary range
$75201 to $83092 pro-rated to hours worked
