What you'll be doing: Te whakamahere
As the SharePoint & Power Platform Lead, you will be at the heart of our knowledge products and workflows, you will optimise efficient processes across NZTE. This includes, but not limited to:
- Serving as an escalation point for technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Advising on privacy, sharing, permission solutions for our document management system using SharePoint Online.
- Designing and architecting SharePoint online and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with best practices.
- Establishing governance policies and guidelines for SharePoint and Power Platform usage.
- Providing mentorship to up-skill support staff in managing technical requests for SharePoint / Teams / Power Automate.
- Providing leadership in identifying opportunities to leverage SharePoint and Power Platform for process automation and collaboration enhancement.
What you'll need to be successful: Ō Pūkenga
As an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Lead, you will ideally have 5+ years' experience in designing, implementing and managing SharePoint online, Power Platform environments and other key knowledge management and information/document management systems (including Power Automate, Microsoft 365, One Drive). You will also be:
- Innovative and Experienced with proven skills in business analysis and project management, where you have utilized your continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement technical solutions.
- An Outstanding Communicator – where you feel at ease presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to lead technical change to ensure ease of understanding. You are also comfortable in mentoring and upskilling others.
- Committed to Excellence – where you take pride in providing best practice solutions and have a passion for working with the Power Platform Suite, Microsoft SharePoint Online and key migration tools (e.g. Sharegate).
