Our client in Tauranga is looking for a proactive, adaptable Site Administrator to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the site, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Process orders, invoices, and other documentation using SAP software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and site activities.
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and communication with suppliers and customers.
  • Handle general office tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and filing.
  • Support the team with problem-solving and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Contribute to site health and safety compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to protocols.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills: You're proficient with general software and have excellent organisational abilities.
  • SAP knowledge: Experience with SAP is a must for this role.
  • Flexibility: You're comfortable taking on varied tasks and adjusting to the needs of the day.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy and efficiency are your strong suits.
  • Team player: You can work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
