The person
Experience of working on vertical construction projects is essential.
Excellent communication skills, subcontractor management and the ability to prioritise site tasks are essential in order to be successful in this position. Experience of running site diaries, reporting, working to tight project schedules and controlling health and safety on-site are also essential.
Applicants must have the following:
· 2-3 years commercial construction experience (not civil infrastructure) gained in New Zealand post tertiary study
· Experience of coordinating internal site staff and external trades / subcontractors
· Quality assurance and quality control experience
· Knowledge of health and safety guidelines .
