Our client is a global leader in the design and fit-out of high-end commercial interiors. They specialise in strategy, design, and delivery for corporate clients in a wide range of industries.
Due to high demand for their services, they are in need of a site manager to deliver some exciting projects across Wellington. These are cutting edge fit-out projects ranging well into the millions of dollars per project.
Main Body:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to bring innovative solutions to our projects. If you can think critically, adapt ideas from various disciplines, and enhance business environments, this role is for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of projects while exceeding client expectations throughout the entire lifecycle. You'll oversee daily field operations, driving construction progress and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Collaborating closely with Project Managers and subcontractors, you will help maintain and update project schedules as needed and manage these relationships.
Ideally you will have the following...
- 6+ years as a Site Manager with a track record of successful projects.
- Experience leading diverse subcontractor teams with effective coordination.
- Expertise in commercial interior fit-outs.
- A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Quick thinker, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a drive for results.
