Site Traffic Management Supervisors

We are seeking qualified and experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) with both Cat A and B licenses to join our clients team in the upcoming civil season. As an STMS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our work sites. Your expertise in traffic management, combined with your leadership skills, will be essential in coordinating and supervising all aspects of traffic control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage traffic management plans in accordance with industry regulations.
• Lead a team of traffic controllers and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers and site staff to ensure smooth traffic flow and site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with traffic management plans.
• Provide clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and the public.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of traffic management activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid STMS Cat A & B licenses.
• Proven experience in the traffic management industry.
• Strong understanding of traffic management regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
