- Based at our Greenlane Clinical Centre on major bus routes
- Salary $73,000 - $86,000 pa pro-rata (commensurate with skills and experience)
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Te Toka Tumai provides effective organisation, prioritisation and completion of payroll functions and processes delivered by the Te Toka Tumai payroll team.
This involves accurate and timely processing of data coming into payroll. Managing internal and external customer queries. Understanding legislation and collective agreements that relate to the work done within payroll.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
- Qualification in HR or business related
- Compute literature with MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Previous payroll work experience
- Able to confidentially work with personal information
- Good keyboard skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience using payroll systems
- Sound understanding of the Holidays Act 2003
