Snr Insights & Data Analyst – Digital Identity – 6 Month Fixed Term
Job Description
DIA’s Te Ara Manaaki programme is seeking a Senior Data and Insights Analyst on a 6-month fixed term to lead data-driven decision-making initiatives. This role is essential to delivering insights that will guide our digital identity services, support customer experience enhancements, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making within Te Ara Manaaki.
- Develop cost-to-serve and benefit realisation models, supporting financial and operational analysis.
- Prepare and present data insights to senior leadership, guiding strategic planning.
- Mentor and support programme analysts to build data capability within the team.
About You:
- Proven experience working with large datasets and performance measurement systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SAS, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
NZ citizenship is an essential requirement for this role.
