Solutions Architect – Flexible location - Permanent

Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role

Within the ICT Architecture and Strategy team, the Solutions Architect is responsible for mobility architecture within Fire and Emergency. You will work with business teams and stakeholders to turn business requirements into technology solutions. You will use MS technologies, cloud-based technologies, and cellular technologies to build high level designs.

Bring your excellent experience in similar positions within large complex organisations. Working across various stakeholders across the organisation, you will have excellent relationship building skills along with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders. You will get people involved and on board with a project from early stages.

 

To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have:

  • Proven experience within Solutions Architecture with a mobility focus
  • Broad skillset across data applications
  • Good grounding in infrastructure software engineering or data management
  • Understanding of project management frameworks and business capability mapping
  • A computer science degree or continued learning would be advantageous.

The salary range for this role is $156,296 - $173,662 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
