STMS

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) to join a team in Masterton.
As an STMS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic around work sites, following industry standards and health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage traffic control on roadworks and construction sites
• Ensure compliance with traffic management plans and regulations
• Monitor site conditions and ensure safety for both workers and the public
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to minimise disruptions
• Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments

Requirements:

• Valid STMS qualification (Level 1 or 2)
• Proven experience in traffic management or related field
• Strong understanding of traffic management plans and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
