STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor)
Location: Manawatu Region
Our client, a proudly NZ-owned business, provides expert Traffic Management services across the Manawatu and Wellington regions. With a reputation for professionalism and personalised service, they cater to a wide range of clients and projects.
About the Role:
Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) to manage traffic sites across the Manawatu region. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the latest Code of Practice and maintaining the highest standards on all traffic sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily pre-start meetings with your crew.
- Oversee site set-up and ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure full compliance with traffic management standards and regulations.
- Supervise a traffic management crew, including TC's and Pilot Drivers.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, typically 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (may vary depending on project requirements).
- Occasional Saturday work may be required.
Requirements:
- Clean Drug & Alcohol Test.
- Full Class 1 License (Class 2 is preferred, but not essential).
- Current STMS qualification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
