Our client within the metals industry is looking for a capable Store Person who is able to help with trade sales.
This is a hands-on stores role - You will be packing orders, driving the forklift, loading and unloading trucks, overhead crane operation, putting away stock and general housekeeping of the Warehouse.
You will also be greeting and assisting customers and clients with their needs.
Basic computer skills are needed but you will be taught their systems.
• Monday-Friday / 8.30am-5pm with the occasional Saturday.
• Sockburn Location
• January 2024 start
• Full drivers license is a must (or willing to sit)
• Forklift experience required - Ideally with an OSH certificate
• You will need to be physically fit & capable of lifting 10-15kgs
This is a long term opportunity with the potential for upskilling within the Warehouse but also other departments such as Sales for the right person.
