About the Role:As the Storeperson Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accuracy in inventory, and the efficiency of your team. You’ll play a key role in supervising and motivating a hardworking crew to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

What’s Involved?

• Early morning starts to get the day rolling (perfect for early birds!).
• Supervising a small team of storepersons and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse.
• Overseeing stock movement, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
• Problem-solving and managing workflow to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Hands-on tasks, including forklift operation (if licensed).
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve their best.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
• Reliable transport to get to early morning shifts and a full licence.
