Storeperson

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and organised Storeperson to support a major geothermal construction project Taupo. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing site materials, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on site.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and clear communication are key. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction or industrial warehousing who enjoys being part of a team delivering large-scale infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials, equipment, and consumables

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels

• Issue materials to trades and contractors as required

• Ensure tools and equipment are stored, maintained, and tracked correctly

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight companies for deliveries

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store area

• Support site teams with logistics

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a storeman/warehouse or construction role

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic environment

• Current forklift licence (OSH and F endorsement preferred)

• Full NZ Driver’s Licence

• Health & Safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

• Basic computer skills for stock tracking and reporting

• Experience on large industrial or energy sector sites is a bonus
