Our client specializes in providing a wide range of high-quality packaging supplies, catering to various industries with innovative solutions and reliable service. 
 
At present, we are looking for an experienced Stores Manager with a proactive "can-do" attitude, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, strong inventory management expertise, and a dedication to achieving high performance while adhering to New Zealand regulations and supporting efficient supply chain processes.

• This is a temporary role until April 2025

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Lead & Manage The Stores Team Effectively 
• Operate Reach Forklifts Safely & Efficiently 
• Utilize Experience In Inward & Outward Goods Processing  
• Implement & Enforce Health & Safety Procedures Across All Activities. 
• Conduct Performance Reviews To Evaluate & Enhance Team Performance. 
• Maintain Accurate Records Of Stock Levels, Deliveries & Inventory Movements. 
• Perform General Duties & Support Other Operational Requirements As Needed. 
• Optimize & Manage The Physical Handling Of Inventory, Including Site Storage, Resin Transport & Ordering. 

The successful candidate must have a Class 1 license with an F endorsement and OSH Certificate. Must be physically fit and police check if required. Prior Materials Handling & Procurement experience is an advantage.  Open to all NZ Citizens / Residents only.
