About the role
In charge of the site and all its activities on a day-to-day basis, and starting on a significant large-diameter WaterCare project, you will use your organisational, skills, people skills, planning skills and experience of complex deep-trench pipeline build to deliver projects on-time, on-budget
About you
· You are an experienced deep-trench civil pipelines construction Supervisor
· You understand working for WaterCare
· You can plan, sequence all steps in trenching and pipelaying to produce high productivity
· You build a culture that keeps the workforce showing up and giving their best
· You want to go deeper, learn more and would enjoy learning micro-tunnelling
· You’re wickedly good at compliance, documentation and enjoy getting things done right
