The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Finance Business Partner is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of week, month and year end processes, business planning, reporting and insights driven analytics and modelling. You will be responsible for providing valuable financial support for the supply chain function focusing on indirects management specializing in Conversion Cost, Logistics Indirects, Capex and Performance Management. Your role will be to coordinate all reporting requirements and analysis across the supply chain function with a continuous improvement mindset.

As a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner, your role is packed with variety - there will be a range of ad hoc projects to work on e.g. New Product development, sustainability projects and looking into improving efficiencies across supply chain.
The role is an exciting mix of accounting, analytical work, stakeholder management and strategic thinking! Are you up for the challenge?

What Do I Need?
We're looking for someone who is curious and is keen to learn the ins and outs of our supply chain world.

Ideally, you'd have:
• Analytical skills- you will be able to dive into the data and share the insights to help inform decision making
• Finance knowledge - you'll know a debit from a credit! It would be great if you are CFA qualified or have some accounting experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing - it would be a big bonus if you have worked within the manufacturing industry before
• Brilliant communication and stakeholder management capability
• Excellent Excel skills, and some experience with an ERP, such as SAP would be beneficial.
