Salary: $62,947 - $78,334 depending on experience.
All of Government Service Delivery (AoGSD) sits within the Digital Public Service branch Te Kōtui Whitiwhiti. It supports and enable agencies to provide faster, more agile, accessible, inclusive and integrated government services. It does this by focusing on building agency capability to work together as a public service, identifying opportunities to design joined-up, responsive and robust digital services that accelerate our shift to a unified public service. It also supports the Chief Executive in his role as Government Chief Information Officer.
We have an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join our Support Services team. You'll use your exceptional stakeholder management and organisation skills to ensure that we provide great customer service to government agencies, the public and to our internal customers.
About the role
Working with a small team of support officers and a reporting analyst, you'll ensure that we deliver effectively and efficiently across a range of digital products, and common capability services, including but not limited to:
- Completing end-to-end invoicing for all fee generating products and services across the AoGSD portfolio fees and associated debt management.
- Management of multiple shared inboxes and queries for the products across the digital and commercial portfolios, including supporting supplier, consuming agencies and DPS teams.
- Digital product support for a range of products including the NZ Gazette, Jobs.govt.nz and Govt.nz.
- Providing coordination and administration support services across the AoGSD Group.
About You
With a naturally collaborative working style you'll be a positive team player with proven experience with financial processing activities, and operations and service delivery to help us deliver a high-quality service to our customers.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory - this includes holding a valid work visa that covers the whole period of employment.
