Are you an experienced surveyor looking for an opportunity to lead and innovate?

Our multidisciplinary surveying firm, operating across New Zealand, is seeking a seasoned Survey Manager to join our consistently growing team. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to work with the latest surveying technologies. You'll be curating projects, leading teams and managing the process from end to end with a large amount of variety and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a variety of surveying projects throughout New Zealand.
  • Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and management.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge technologies alongside traditional surveying methodologies.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of surveyors, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Independently manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of surveying experience in New Zealand.
  • Proficiency with various forms of surveying, including construction, civil, and cadastral.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent client management and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience across UAV via photogrammetry and/or LiDAR a bonus
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

Benefits:
  • $95,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience
