About the role:

Join a leading and well-established land development firm specializing in a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure projects. With a healthy pipeline of projects in the land development sector, you'll play a key role in all residential land development projects. You'll join a tight-knit team, work closely under mentorship, and have a clear path for progression including pathways to company equity sooner rather than later! About You:

• Education: Diploma or certificate in surveying technology
• Goals: Must have aspirations toward leadership and business ownership
• Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in land development surveying
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with 12d and Trimble gear
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
