Job Description

They are a cutting-edge organisation with an ever-growing portfolio and are now looking for Surveyors to join their Wellington team.

The role

  • Measure, process, and analyse spatial data and define land boundaries on a variety of land development and civil projects
  • Plan, carry out and manage the delivery of high-quality surveying consulting services to clients, including preparing proposals, project research and computations
  • Maintain good business relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Motivate and mentor junior team members to success

The candidate

  • Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (NZ or Australia) NZ preferred
  • 5+ years experience working on land development projects
  • Experience working on large scale survey or land development projects
  • Affable and able to form good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of at lease one of the following AutoCAD/12D/Civilcad
  • Excellent client/project management skills
  • Knowledge in a full range of Cadastral requirements
  • Experience with e-survey methodology.
  • Full clean Driving Licence
