About the Role
The System Design Manager is a member of a life course team tasked with leading, the system and service redesign within their life course and radically improve Māori Health and eliminate inequities. The System Design Manager has strong problem solving and systems thinking skills, including change and influence skills.
About you
As the Systems Design Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of care systems within the life course team, ensuring alignment with Te Pae Tata actions. You will work collaboratively with system development colleagues to create and implement equitable and efficient healthcare solutions that improve Māori health outcomes.
You will build and maintain authentic, trusting relationships with Māori, senior sector leaders, health providers, clinicians, and the wider community. Through these connections, you will help shape system and service design to address key challenges and drive meaningful change.
