About the role
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting corporate customers, managing Level 2 and 3 issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across various technologies. This role includes both onsite support for key customers and handling BAU incident and request tickets remotely.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnose, manage, and resolve Level 2 and 3 issues within SLA timeframes.
  • Provide onsite and remote support as required.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, servers, and related infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation and update service tickets daily.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers to support client accounts.
  • Participate in on-call duties and urgent after-hours work as needed.
About you
You'll bring 3+ years experience in a Systems Engineer role, with desktop support and server admin experience. Moreover, you'll have:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, VMware, Azure Entra, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, AD/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
