About the Role

The Bay of Plenty Perioperative Service is currently seeking to fill a full-time, permanent vacancy for a T-Doc Lead Administrator to streamline the tracking and tracing of surgical equipment and instruments.  You will be joining a team that provides a focus on safety and quality for our patient's surgical journey.

As the T-Doc Lead Administrator you will hold responsibility to initiate, implement and train/educate the new T-Doc tracking system, supporting robust systems and processes for decontamination throughout the organisation.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong IT proficiency, resilience, and the ability to cultivate professional relationships. These qualities are essential for collaborating with the Central Sterilising Unit Team Leader and Nurse Manager to lead the project both operationally and strategically.

As a designated senior role, applicants must have evidence of post-graduate education, specifically the Level 5 Advanced Sterilising Technology Course Certificate.
