We’re after a Talent Manager who can juggle recruiters, processes, and a fair bit of chaos, all while keeping a smile.
You’re the type who doesn’t just “do admin”—you make it sing. Fast. Accurate. And absolutely essential.

Now, here’s what’ll get you in the door:
  • Agency smarts: You've been in the trenches before. You know your temps from your perms, and nothing about recruitment phases you.
  • Values-first: Integrity’s more than a buzzword to you. You walk the talk, even if you’re rolling your eyes at the latest office drama.
  • Sense of humour: Because if you can’t laugh at recruitment life, well, it’s going to be a long day.
  • Resilience (aka grit): You’ll be keeping our recruiters in line, so a bit of sass don’t hurt.
  • Admin superpowers: Your admin skills are fast, flawless, and the stuff of legend.
Oh, and we’ve got your back with an Administrator and a Receptionist. You won’t be alone in the madness.

Must have NZ Residency and NZ Recruitment experience either in agency or internal in the trades sector.
