We are proud to partner with a highly regarded investment banking firm. Known for its professionalism and collaborative culture, the firm has a dynamic team across Auckland and Wellington. They are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support their fast-paced, corporate offices.

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you’ll provide business support for both the Auckland and Wellington teams. This varied office administration role includes managing travel, diary coordination, document preparation, and client services, as well as maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. Based in central Auckland, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a busy team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role is available as a permanent position or fixed term contract to start in January 2025.

Mōu | About You
You’re a polished and professional administrator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You have experience in office management, are confident liaising with diverse stakeholders in a corporate environment, and bring energy and a positive attitude to your work. An interest in sustainability (ESG) and investment banking would be advantageous.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

  • Strong administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence managing diaries, travel, and client services
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
  • Interest in or experience with ESG reporting (e.g., Toitū certification)
