Are you a passionate Wellbeing, Health and Safety practitioner with exceptional Leadership and Coaching skills? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs.

Te mahi tūranga | About the role
In this role, you'll provide strategic oversight to our WHS Operations team, support operational activities through our business partnering model, and mentor and coach our the team to achieve success with confidence.
With your expertise in Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you'll help us manage risk, develop initiatives, and promote policies and procedures that foster a Healthy, Safe and positive work environment.
Ngā pūkenga, ngā tohu ōu | What you will need
To be successful in this role, you will need and proven track record of leadership, robust experience in Wellbeing, Health and Safety, excellent communication and coaching skills, experience dealing with complexity and ambiguity, a strong understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and associated Regulations and a passion for making a difference in people's life.
