Job Description

Our Mangere based 3PL warehouse client is seeking an experienced and skilled warehouse storesperson /Logistics Coordinator  

We are seeking someone who is fit and capable - with both hands on skills (Picking, packing, forklift driving, inwards, dispatch) as well as excellent warehouse admin ability. You need to be an excellent organiser and communicator.

Objectives of this role
• Monitor supply chains and shipments
• Engage in regular communication with clients
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders
• Maintain accurate and consistent records
• Address errors to promote client satisfaction
• Manage inventory databases

Role Responsibilities
• Coordinate timely and accurate shipments
• Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
• Identify and fix shipping errors
• Oversee production timelines
• Receive orders and add to inventory
Lead the team when the warehouse manager is unavailable.

To succeed in this role you will need:
Extensive warehouse experience.
• Comfort using common logistics management software, such as CargoWise, Carton ,Cloud and SAP
• Strong customer service capabilities
• Capacity to multitask
• Hoist Licence
• ATF and RACA understanding

Role commencement: ASAP
Salary TBC depending on Experience
Hours on site: 0700 – 1530 – Can be adjusted
