Job Description

About the role
This role has a focus on ensuring all stakeholders and clients are supported by the team. There will be an equity lens focus for addressing inequities for Māori and other disadvantaged groups. You will work alongside the GM forming strong relationships, completing financial and facility upkeeping duties, and ensuring all H&S policies are followed.

Duties

  • Ensure the facilities are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Connect with other Team Leaders across the country and ensure all needs are meet accurately.
  • Review current policies and processes to look for improvements.
  • Facilitate good relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
  • Work alongside the financial team in planning and budgeting.


Skills & experience

  • Experience in a team lead / supervisory role.
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate complex situations and seeks practical solutions to problems.
  • Is comfortable creating new processes and structures.
  • A high level of communication skills including the ability to empathise with people.
  • Proven leadership qualities including flexibility, discernment and the ability to make sound decisions.
