The Opportunity:
Due to recent internal business change a fantastic opportunity has presented for an experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join a growing service delivery team who are supporting a broad range of education sector customers.

you will be supporting the effective delivery of technical and networking projects by providing administrative excellence. This will include scheduling, tracking and documenting necessary project deliverables and assisting the PMO team to ensure all required KPls are met.

Key Responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Specialist supports the effective delivery of a range of technical and networking projects, programs, and initiatives. The Specialist provides support, logistics, and coordination while working with the wider team. Their responsibilities include scheduling, tracking, documenting deliverables, and ensuring that targets, SPEs, KPIs, and SLAs are met. Additionally, the Specialist manages project purchasing and invoicing, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks. The role also involves coordinating and liaising with third parties, ensuring they are vetted to attend project sites.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the creation of project schedules including milestones, due dates and estimates
  • Generate project summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team

  • Work with team members to mitigate project roadblocks.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and timely status reports are provided by all PM’s.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • 3+ years experience in project coordination.
  • Understanding of basic networking technologies including – DNS, IP addresses, Firewall Changes, SSID, Ruckus, device management and MDM.
  • Experience undertaking technical/network project migrations previously.
  • Ability to undertake basic trouble shooting with network changes as required.
  • Understanding of network change and impact of different users on the network.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, especially cloud-based software.
  • Adept in using Jira, Confluence and Salesforce.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Telecommunication sector knowledge would be advantageous

The preferred candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a flexible approach to business change.
