Territory manager
Steelfort is looking for a results-driven Territory manager to lead sales operations across the Central North Island. Representing some of New Zealand's top Outdoor Power Equipment brands-including LawnMaster, Cub Cadet, Hustler, Rover, and Prime Parts-you'll play a pivotal role in growing their dealer network and ensuring their products stand out in the market.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sales & Dealer Support - Partner with retail and service dealers, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to drive sales.
- Expanding the Network - Identify, engage, and onboard new dealers to strengthen our presence.
- Market Insights & Strategy - Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, using data to drive smart business decisions.
- Merchandising & Inventory - Ensure products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and ready for customers.
- Event Representation - Represent Steelfort at trade shows, field days, and industry events.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Sales experience, ideally in the outdoor power equipment industry (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Ability to analyze market trends and turn insights into action.
✔️ A proactive approach to problem-solving.
✔️ Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays.
