Tractor Mower (Roadside)

Are you an experienced tractor driver looking for reliable, ongoing work?

The Role: Tractor Mower Operator We’re seeking skilled tractor mower operators to start immediately with a respected company in the Waikato region. This role is diverse—no two days are the same—as you’ll work in roadside contracting and maintenance across the greater Waikato area.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate tractors, mowers, and other machinery alongside the roads and main highways
• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime in the summer season
• Long workdays (up to 12 hours) when the sun is shining!
• Hourly rate: $23-$28 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Bring:

• A current, full driver’s license, with ability to operate a manual vehicle.
• Reach-arm mower experience (a bonus!)
• Reliable transport to and from work
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks safely

You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
