Job Description
Our client is looking for a Storeperson for their construction products trade shop. Experience or knowledge of flooring preparation and products would be ideal. The role is part time, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 12pm with possibility of additional hours in the future.
The Role
- Serving customers at the trade counter; ensuring high levels of customer service
- Receive, record, price, and process all enquiries.
- Answer all incoming customer enquires through phone, email and walk-ins
- Accurate data entry of all in-coming orders through their computer order entry system
- Liaise with Sale Reps on orders and product queries
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge or experience in flooring preparation and products would be advantageous
- Confident in using inventory and order applications
- Excellent customer service and understanding of trade needs
- Excellent time management and prioritization
