We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our team at a luxury lodge, delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our high-end guests in South Island area!
If you are passionate about creating exquisite dishes, have an eye for detail, and are ready for a unique culinary adventure, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and serve high-quality, gourmet meals using locally sourced ingredients.
•Dining experiences for guests with special dietary requirements.
•Work closely with the lodge management to creating seasonal menus.
•Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure top-notch food safety practices.
What We're Looking For:
•Previous experience as a professional chef, ideally in a luxury or remote setting.
•Creativity and passion for food with an eye for presentation.
•Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Flexibility with working hours and availability.
