Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel components, ensuring accuracy and strength in every weld
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards to produce top-tier work
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and machinery efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues to maintain production flow
- Proven experience as a MIG welder, particularly with mild steel fabrication
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and tools
- Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work
- Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of welding safety practices
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals
- Able to pass a preemployment drug test
- $30 per hour
- 40 hours per week
