Workforce Planner
We have two Workforce Planner roles where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workforce is effectively aligned with our strategic goals and operational needs.

Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We are seeking two Workforce Planners to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is effectively aligned with our strategic goals and operational needs. You will ideally possess Māori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.
- One role will be focused on delivering strong operational workforce planning.
- One role will be focused on delivering data, information and analytical needs.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
- You must be adept at managing a busy environment.
- Experience in analysing, designing, developing, and improving workload management and forecasting strategies is essential.
- Strong skills in data analysis and transformation are essential.
- Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and collaboration are crucial as you will lead a portfolio.
- Focus on delivery and customer experience is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI is highly desirable.
- You will ideally possess strong Māori and/or Pacific cultural competencies, offering insights to improve our workforce planning processes.
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

- Proven experience in workforce planning or a related field.
- Understanding of Māori and Pacific cultures and communities or a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
