Our client is a leading brand in high performance coatings, family owned, and growing.
The Role
You will be leading a number of small skilled teams through projects with the largest companies in New Zealand. You will be responsible for planning and allocating resources, scheduling work, prioritize jobs, QA/QC checks throughout projects and able to assess any issues and create solutions, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with partners and clients.

The Ideal Candidate
This is a perfect opportunity for a skilled sprayer/blaster with some experience as a lead or in some management capacity to step up into a leadership role with management and project focus. A real people person who understands the industry well but also a diverse team.
- NACE level 1 or 2
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Some management experience is advantageous
- A collaborative mindset
- Skilled industrial sprayer/blaster
- Clean MOJ as a lot of work is with the military
There will be a company car for work, a phone and business plan, and a bonus scheme. There is parking on site, support and training to get you autonomous in about 6 months, and a great family-owned business.
